When most people think of renovating a bathroom, they immediately think of the investment it takes, but it also has one of the biggest payoffs.
Our design team recently helped a client renovate her bathroom in preparation to sell, and proved that you can have stunning luxury and elegance within a budget.
The client had originally set a budget of $5,000 for all of the fixtures and finishes. Emily and Shannon managed to pull it off for under $3,000.
Considering there is no master ensuite in this home, this was the primary bathroom for the 2nd floor and would have to be perfect to get buyers past an ensuite on their wish list.

And here are the “After” shots – fresh, elegant and stunning – all fixtures and finishes for just $2,991.03 from believe it or not, Rona and Lowes.
